The Good Life Center at Schwarzman and Silliman features reservable spaces where students can host meetings, study breaks, and other wellness-related functions. Learn more about the types of reservable rooms in our center.

Reserve a Room for Events

If you would like to reserve a room at one of our Good Life Center Spaces for a wellness-related event for students and/or your student organization, please fill out the form below and a staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.

To reserve an individual or group meeting in the Music Room (Room 211) or Sensory Room (Room 213), please see Request a Meeting Room in the section directly below.

Request a Meeting Room

The Music Room (Room 211) and Sensory Room (Room 213) at the Schwarzman Good Life Center are reservable for students to host individual and group meetings.

  • In keeping with the Good Life Center’s designation as a student-prioritized space, requests for the Good Life Center meeting rooms are designated for Yale undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Reservations are limited to two (2) hours.
  • A NetID will be required when submitting a request.

To submit a meeting room request

  1. Submit a request to reserve a ‘Good Life Center’ meeting room space here on this reservation page (netID required).
  2. Fill out the When and Where form on the Info tab and click Find Space.
  3. Select the room you want from the list of available spaces (Room 211 or Room 213, capacity 6-8 students).
  4. Click the Details tab and fill in the form.
  5. Click Submit Reservation.

Meeting Room Guidelines

Good Life Center meeting room requests are limited to Yale students. 

Reservations can be made during the following hours

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:30  a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday: 12 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

When using the meeting rooms

  1. Please do not add or remove any furniture.
  2. Please take your belongings and dispose of trash, recycling, and disposable food and beverages in the bins at the end of the hall.
  3. Please return all dishes and cutlery to the dish drop in Commons or The Underground.
  4. Please return all desks and chairs to their original positions.

Please note: Room 215 is not a Good Life Center space. To request Room 215, please see the Schwarzman Center page here.
